Our Policies


Check in: anytime after 2pm except Saturday.

Saturday's during summer: check in before 2pm or after 6pm.

  
Check-Out: 11 A.M. We understand that your schedule may depend on the ferry schedule and will keep your luggage onboard until you leave the island. 
  
  
Payment: 
  
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express credit cards, cash and personal or traveler checks. 
  
Deposit: 

We require a one-night deposit on every reservation.

  
Cancellations: No charge for cancellations made at least 72 hours prior to the day of arrival. Cancellations within 72 hours of arrival are charged for the first night. Payment for full stay required at checkin.  No refund for shortened stay.  
  
Minimum Stay:
No minimum stay required all year!  


Children:

MINIMUM AGE 12 ( we provide life jackets and require anyone under 18 to wear them onboard)

  
Breakfasts: (anytime from 8-10) 
We serve coffee, tea, juice and a home cooked breakfast. We can tailor breakfast to your preferences and dietary needs. 
  
Pets: Sorry, we cannot allow pets onboard. 

  
Smoking: smoking is permitted outside.


Parking: We provide you with a parking permit that needs to be returned at checkout.
